I wish i could rate this place as a zero but they wouldnt let me. My ten year old daughter was told to leave and find another dentist because she was scared and nervous . WHAT IS THIS A JOKE!!! YOU PEOPLE SHOULD BE WORKING ON CADAVERS AT LEAST YOU WOULDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH HUMANS WHO HAVE FEELINGS ESPECIALLY A NICE TEN YEAR OLD CHILD.
I confused the details of my appointment and showed up when they were about to close. They did all my x-rays and cleaning and made me feel entirely like it was no big deal. Super kind and accommodating staff, and a thorough exam.
Despite the negative reviews of this place online I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt and check them out. Ended up that I needed a filling, a week after my tooth is so sore and I cant chew from the left side of my mouth. Called them and set up another appointment, they said for me to wait a couple of days (even though it was a week after) called them back in 2 days and told them I wanted someone to look at this, the dentist "filled the filling down" and said that it would solve the problem, now a week later my tooth still hurts and I still cant chew from the left side of my mouth. I have called them again and I'm going in for my 3rd appointment for a tooth filling, RIDICULOUS! Stay away from this place.
They helped me thru the process of getting dentures. It was awesome. Treated me with respect and changed my life. Thank you everyone at smile dental..i can truly smile!!##
Rude. That's all I can really say. I've gone here a few times looking to get extended work done. EVERY staff member is RUDE. Can I remind you family dental that the people that come in to use your business are CUSTOMERS???? Do not go here.
