I stumbled HARD on the ice in March, was limping with hip/groin pain for a few weeks until the doctor prescribed PT. After about what seems like two months of PT with Brendan at Mass Bay Spine and Sport (and a cortisone injection) I am now walking limp and pain free!

Brendan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring, punctual, and very friendly.
He provided at home exercises and clearly explained to me step by step what needed to be done to get me back to being active again. I highly recommend MBSS to anyone who is in need of PT in the local area. They keep it perfectly climate controlled, it's clean and lots of natural light from lots of windows and they provide Keurig coffee too! You won't regret MBSS.
Place is top notch. I live in South Plymouth MA and it is worth the drive to Marshfield. Very detailed on what my issues are and what I can do to recover from them. I pulled my groin playing old man lacrosse and the staff @ Mass Bay has been great in getting me back on my feet (and cleats)!

I fell in September and had surgery to join my hip together. Initially, I fought the idea of PT. Family pressure finally had me look into MassBay Spine&Sport. My son and grandson both had received great therapy there and are fine now. I was not in good shape when I started. I heavily depended on a cane. My strength was poor and walking was way off normal. Courtney Parisot made me feel at ease immediately. Her knowledge of the therapy and her endearing personality won me over. It wasn't all easy but making me stretch my thinking and my body has been just what I needed.
This was my first time ever having PT and I was very fortunate to have chosen MBSSPT. The front desk staff, Anne and Emily, were very welcoming, helpful and easy to work with. I was there to recover from rotator cuff surgery and Courtney was assigned as my physical therapist. She was absolutely terrific! As eager as I was to get back to the physical activities I was used to, Courtney brought me along at just the right pace over a 10 week period to allow me to strengthen my shoulder and regain my range of motion. MBSSPT is an extremely well run organization staffed by a dedicated and knowledgeable group of professionals. I hope not to ever need PT again, but if I do I'll be back to MBSSPT!
Today was graduation after eight weeks of therapy and I feel so blessed that I am healthy and strong again. I will always be grateful that I finally got up the gumption to go. And especially thankful to Courtney and the whole team for the welcoming atmosphere and her know how.
