My husband and I were there today for an early dinner with another couple. I ordered fish and French fries. Fish was great but French fries were dry and just warm. Not good at all. My friend ordered chicken parm. Chicken was overly cooked. She was not happy at all. I must say they do have a wonderful Caesar dsg. The best I've ever had. So if we go back we will get Caesar salads.

Always impressed with my dinner as it is always cooked just right. All of the Bartenders are down to Earth, witty, and make a mean drink. Kelly makes an exceptionally yummy Dark Chocolate Martini and frozen Pina Colada!

Service, location, quality and price - this place kinda has it all. It's not easy to get to, but worth the trip. On Hummarock beach, the menu is surf and turf. Beer selection is respectable and the seafood is always fresh.

When i arived at hostess area it took 5 minutes before we were greeted. The hostess kept using the regisiter without saying anything. After a while we were seated and again no server had greeted us at our table for at least 10 minutes . food was good but long wait times.

Prices are more than fair for the portions and the atmosphere and food presentation are classic South Shore. You'll meet lots of friendly locals at the Bridgwaye, and a few adventurous tourists, too.

This is a favorite, "go to " place. The food is fabulous, the service is friendly and attentive, and the menu is satisfying and reasonably priced. Seafood in all its' glorious forms dominates, however, the steaks, chops and pizzas are equally represented and deserving of accolades. The atmosphere is casual with an oceanside view.
